Step 1
This quest requires the player to first complete the Fashionable Glasses [0] quest (see details below).
It MUST be completed by the player in order to apply for the Glass Types [1] quest! You can not apply for the quest if you've obtained the Fashionable Glasses [0] through purchasing it from a player or any other way, unless if you've unlocked/completed the quest before.
Take note that upon making a item slotted, the bonus (if any) from the non-slotted version will disappear. The slotted version will not give any additional stats!
The Slylish Merchant that is able to create the Fashionable Glasses [0] is located at Alberta city (alberta 120, 53).

After bringing her these items she will give you a Fashionable Glasses [0], and she'll direct you to a famous librarian that is rumored to create slotted glasses types.
Step 2
For the second step you need to find this famous librarian, her name is Mackenzie Mcseer. You can find her visiting her aunt at the city of Lutie, inside a bulding (xmas_in 37, 105).
