IP White-Listing
In WarfareRO, we have restricted certain maps from dual clienting, this was done to ensure a safe, fair environment free from griefing and abuse.
However, if you have a brother, sister, best friend or partner living with you, under the same roof, this may seem troublesome for you. You both would like to play the WoE or Battlegrounds together, at the same time, correct? Don't worry, this can be done! But you'll need to file a support ticket and prove to our leadership team that you truly are two individual players. This may seem like a pain, but it'll only a few seconds to have it done.
That being said, this option ONLY applies if you are playing WarfareRO with your parent, sibling, partner and/or room mate!

How to file a IP White-List Request?
- Firstly, you'll need to wander over to the ticket filing domain.
- In the subject line, put "White-list Request" Or something similar to that. As long as we know what the ticket is about!
- Then there's a drop-down menu for "department", select the "IP White-List Request (WoE & BG)" option. Priority and Character affected can be altered or left blank, at your discretion. [We treat all tickets as though they are high-priority]
- As for the main body of the ticket, please include the Character names of you and the second person on the IP, as well as a time that you could participate in an interview with a GM to satisfy them that you two are in fact two people. Please make sure that you'll be online on those characters at that time! Also, the interview shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes.

Other important things you must know:
- To make sure that players who passed the check/request won't be able to open unlimited clients, you will only be granted to open one exta client per IP.
- Passing the check will white-list your IP for the following maps: job_knt (BG), job_sage (BG), prtg_cas01 & schg_cas03 (WoE).
- Passing the check requires a server reboot. Meaning, the IP white-listing won't be applied until we've restarted the server.
- If you switch internet provider, the white-list will no longer apply. So make sure to inform the GMs in time.
- If you have are unable to be online at the arranged time, please update your ticket in time.
- If you do not show up at the arranged time without any form of notification through support ticket, the GMs reserve the right to deny the IP White-List request.
